- [6 INTERCHANGEABLE YOKES] Includes 3 color-coded yoke pairs for different spring profiles: Gold 2.6-4.9 in / 65-125 mm, Black 3.5-6.3 in / 88-160 mm, and Silver 5.0-8.3 in / 128-212 mm. Choose the pair that matches the spring outer diameter and seats securely around the coils. Correct positioning helps maintain even contact as the spring is compressed and released.
- [SLIDING CARRIAGE & ACME LEAD SCREW] The three-piece sliding carriage and integrated fixed yoke seat allow the movable yoke to be positioned along the 405 mm lead screw for different suspension layouts. The 22 mm hex drive provides controlled manual adjustment. Lubricate the lead screw threads as directed, keep both yokes aligned and apply compression gradually while monitoring contact and seating.
- [HEAT-TREATED STEEL CONSTRUCTION] Built from heat-treated 45# steel with an ACME trapezoidal lead screw and reinforced yoke contact surfaces for repeated suspension service. The product specification lists a maximum load of 4,500 kg / 9,921 lb. Do not exceed the specified working range. Inspect the screw, yokes, carriage, fixed seat and fasteners before each use.
