The Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer & Slow Cooker provides low-temperature warmth for proofing bread dough, making yogurt, fermenting foods, and slow cooking with a stockpot. Its folding design stores flat in a drawer or pantry.
The aluminum base plate provides radiant heat with adjustable temperature control. Proofer Mode supports rising and fermenting yeast dough or sourdough, while Slow Cook Mode lets a stockpot be used for one-pot meals.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
